Join us to learn the importance of strong healthy feet, and what you can do to help ensure many more years of mobility and freedom.

Our Foot Strength Class focuses on strengthening the muscles of the feet and ankles to improve balance, agility and overall body strength. The importance of foot strength for balance and longevity cannot be understated, as it helps to prevent and reduce the risk of injury. With regular practice of these exercises, you can improve your overall mobility and posture while reducing pain and discomfort in your feet and ankles.

We will also address proper footwear selection for optimal safety and performance. 

Class will be held at the Fit-Rx Studio at 4206 S College Ave. Unit 108
